核心内容提要	短链脂肪酸(short-chain fatty acids, SCFAs)是肠道菌群的重要代谢产物之一, 具有重要的生理功能, 可以保护肠黏膜屏障、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和分化、降低肠道炎症反应、维持肠道内环境稳定, 对高血压、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、结肠癌和非酒精性脂肪性肝病等疾病有着一定的治疗作用. 近年来人们对SCFAs的关注度越来越高, 通过对SCFAs的作用机制、相关底物、对肠道的主要功效、吸收及代谢、对机体健康等方面文献进行不断归纳总结, 对临床应用SCFAs干预各种疾病有着重要作用.
