核心内容提要	超低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗低位直肠癌可获得良好临床效果. 但直肠癌手术预后存在不确定性, 多种因素均会影响患者预后转归方向, 早期明确预后影响因素, 对临床积极开展相关干预措施具有重要指导价值. 本研究以超低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗的低位直肠癌患者为研究对象, 以3年总存活率为研究终点, 探究出肿瘤距肛缘距离、血清糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen 125, CA125)、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen, CEA)、缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia inducible factor α, HIF-1α)、血清微小RNA-192(microRNA-192, miR-192)水平、距肛缘距离、血清微小RNA-192(microRNA-192, miR-192)水平、分化程度、营养预后指数和白球比(prognostic nutritional index and albumin to globulin ratio, PNAG)评分、术后尿管留置时间均为预后影响因素, 要改善临床疗效, 仍需进一步研究治疗方案, 加强术后血清学指标检测及术后尿管留置护理, 改善术后营养, 可作为术后进一步个体化治疗指导.
