核心内容提要	直肠是消化道类癌中发病率最高的部位, 临床工作中并不少见, 但多发类癌比较罕见, 对于该类疾病内镜诊断有漏诊病灶的风险, 术后定期随访非常重要.本例患者偶然肠镜检查时发现直肠八枚类癌病灶, 均行内镜下完整剥离治疗, 术后随访未见新发病灶.
