核心内容提要	老年肥胖人群无痛肠镜检查中的并发症发生率较高. 且结肠镜检查属于侵袭性检查, 需要良好的麻醉和镇痛. 丙泊酚、依托咪酯均为无痛内镜检查的常用麻醉药物, 两者联用能产生协同麻醉作用, 减少丙泊酚用量, 但在老年肥胖患者中丙泊酚剂量尚无统一标准. 本研究重点探究丙泊酚复合依托咪酯静脉麻醉应用于老年肥胖无痛肠镜中的不同剂量效果差异, 及对神经认知紊乱的影响.
