食物不耐受在肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome, IBS)患者中非常常见, 临床可表现为乳糖、可发酵的低聚糖、二糖、单糖、多元醇(fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides and monosacchrides and polyols, FODMAP)、麸质等不耐受, 可通过食物超敏反应、生物活性化学物质等机制参与IBS发病. 针对性的饮食干预是目前主要的干预治疗方式. 如低FODMAP饮食对IBS患者的疗效已被证实. |
