核心内容提要	本文阐述了中医对便秘型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome with constipation, IBS-C)的病因病机的认识和中医治疗方法在IBS-C治疗中的重要价值.此外, 5-HT代谢异常等因素在IBS-C发病过程中的重要作用越来越被广泛重视, 或可将基于5-HT信号系统的诊疗方法与其他治疗方式相结合更加深入地研究IBS-C.
