核心内容提要	胆汁酸长期反流造成食管黏膜化学性和免疫性损伤, 形成Barrett’s食管(barrett’s esophagus, BE), 伴有肠上皮化生时易进展为食管腺癌, 其机制可能与尾型同源盒转录因子2、黏蛋白2等激活有关, 测序技术亦发现基因组和表观遗传学改变, 新的生物标记物将用于临床, 成为预防和治疗BE的有用靶点.
