核心内容提要	胃底腺型胃癌是一种罕见的胃腺癌亚型, 好发于老年患者. 其分化良好, 免疫组化特征可以用于明确诊断. 绝大多数病例通过内镜可将病灶完全切除, 并在随访期间没有复发或转移.其发病机制尚不明确, 仍需进一步研究.
