核心内容提要 临床上对胃低级别上皮内瘤变(low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, LGIN)病灶的处理尚未有统一的方案, 存在过度治疗和延误治疗的现象, 血清血清人类胃癌相关抗原(monoclonal gastric cancer7 antigen, MG7-Ag)水平和胃癌的病程密切相关,窄带放大内镜(magnifying narrow-band imaging endoscop, ME-NBI)对早期胃癌的敏感度高, 本研究通过实验和分析认为检测血清Mg-Ag7水平并联合ME-NBI精查可有效的诊断出高危胃LGIN病灶.
