核心内容提要 本研究成功复制小鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, NASH)模型, 探讨葛根素减轻小鼠NASH的效果及气质, 结果发现葛根素能够减轻小鼠NASH肝损伤, 减轻肝脏炎症、纤维化及氧化应激水平, 并且能够上调细胞核内转录因子NF-E2相关因子2通路.
