本研究比较双倍剂量链霉蛋白酶组、单倍剂量链霉蛋白酶组与对照组的胃清洁度、内镜操作时间、病变检出率及不良反应, 结果提示双倍剂量链霉蛋白组具有更高的胃清洁度和更简洁的内镜操作时间, 而不良反应发生无差异. |
