本文从药物经济学角度探究高危II期结肠癌各种化疗方案包括亚叶酸/5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸/5-氟尿嘧啶/奥沙利铂(folinic acid/5－fluorouracil/oxaliplatin, FOLFOX)、卡培他滨/奥沙利铂方案的成本-效用. 研究结果发现, FOLFOX方案在延长无病生存期方面具有优势, 最具成本-效用, 推荐医疗决策者使用. |
