核心内容提要	胰腺去分化脂肪肉瘤非常罕见, 目前该类疾病最有效的治疗方法仍是显微镜下的阴性切除. 但由于胰腺的特殊位置加上肿瘤对放化疗的不敏感性, 使得该位置的肿瘤术后复发概率大大提升, 提高了该类疾病的治疗难度.
