核心内容提要	慢性胰腺炎纤维化致病机制不明, 研究发现有多种信号通路参与胰腺星状细胞活化进而调控胰腺纤维化的发生发展. 目前以转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β, TGF-β)为主的信号通路在胰腺星状细胞活化、细胞外基质沉积、纤维化发生发展中扮演重要角色. 此外, 转录因子在胰腺纤维化中的独特作用也逐渐被挖掘. 本文旨在对以TGF-β为首的信号通路和转录因子在慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化中作用进行述评.
