核心内容提要	胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer, PC)作为预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一, 因其起病隐匿、早筛早诊困难、治疗应答欠佳, 严重危害人类健康. 传统的治疗方式包括手术治疗、化疗和免疫治疗等. 近来, 多种消化系肿瘤微环境内微生物失调的发现拓宽了研究范围, 肠道微生态(gut microbiota, GM)也愈发受到重视. GM在PC起病、早期诊断、预后评估、治疗干预等多个环节能发挥作用.
