核心内容提要	炎症是一把双刃剑, 具有多方面的功能. 一方面, 它或诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡, 或通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖使肿瘤处于休眠状态; 另一方面, 它或促进肿瘤发生过程, 或唤醒休眠的肿瘤细胞, 导致疾病复发. 因此全面掌握炎症诱导肿瘤发生机制, 将有可能开发出抗肿瘤治疗的新途径.
