核心内容提要	三级淋巴结构(tertiary lymphoid structures, TLS)在胃癌中的关键作用: TLS通过招募B细胞和CD8(+) T细胞增强抗肿瘤免疫, 其结构特征与患者预后显著相关, 在特殊类型胃癌中亦展现预后价值. TLS状态可预测免疫治疗反应并指导个性化治疗. 未来仍需要深化对机制和临床应用的研究.
