本文对比旨在对比一种新的低位直肠癌术后造口还纳术式的疗效: 回肠造口回肠侧侧与改良功能性端端吻合在回肠袢式造口还纳术中的短期疗效. 发现改良端端吻合能加速术后肠道功能恢复, 但手术时间长. 研究为临床选择吻合方式提供依据, 对指导外科实践有重要意义. |
