核心内容提要	腹内压联合24 h胃残余量监测能重复、便捷、迅速获取相关信息, 简单易行, 且较为安全, 操作频率降低, 对患者胃肠道刺激小, 极易被患者接受. 对有创机械通气并行肠内营养治疗的患者采用腹内压联合床旁超声监测胃残余量可改善其营养状况, 缩短住院时间, 提高肠内营养治疗依从性, 降低肠内营养并发症发生率.
