核心内容提要	脾破裂是结肠镜检查罕见并发症, 多数情况下被误诊. 但脾破裂可能引起严重后果, 甚至造成患者死亡. 结肠镜检查后出血腹痛、休克、血流动力学不稳定时, 应引起高度重视, 早期识别、早期诊断、早期干预是改善患者预后的关键.
