核心内容提要	2022年之后的猴痘疫情中, 临床特点表现为系统症状减少但粘膜病变增多, 尤其直肠病变显著, 易误诊为直肠癌. 本文报告了一例中年男性因感染猴痘病毒导致直肠溃疡, 医务人员应警惕猴痘累及直肠病变, 避免误诊.
