核心内容提要	阑尾周围炎(periappendiceal inflammation, PAI)与溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)的发生具有免疫相关性, 这与肠道微生物和免疫系统相关. PAI被认为是UC远端炎症的“跳跃性病变”. 青少年时期因患阑尾炎而行阑尾切除术的患者会降低UC的发生率.
