核心内容提要	各组之间血浆去酰基化胃饥饿素差异均无统计学意义, 推测其可能不参与功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia, FD)的发病过程; 餐后不适综合征(postprandial discomfort syndrome, PDS)组与其他三组相比, 血浆酰基化胃饥饿素、神经肽Y和尿皮质素-1差异均有统计学意义, 推测上述三种脑肠肽可能参与PDS的发病过程; FD患者更易于合并焦虑抑郁, 提示改善患者的情绪问题, 对提高FD的远期疗效很有帮助.
