核心内容提要	自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis, AIH)起病隐匿, 以发热为主的临床表现少见. 对于既往感染乙型肝炎病毒患者体内出现自身抗体阳性, 因抗体效价存在个体化差异, 需要警惕是否合并AIH, 不以抗体效价低而轻易排除AIH, 应及时给予肝穿刺活检明确诊断, 避免漏诊.
